Simple WordPress Starters Guide
(Assuming your blog is installed at your main domain)

* Create a sub-domain myproduct.myblog.com and create a page with that product. Make sure that you link to the blog from this created page. Link can be in the footer if you wish, just as long as there is a link.

* After creating the page with the product on the sub-domain name, then login to your blog and create a post about said product and link to the created page for that product.

What you are doing is cross-linking your product and your blog. Do this with 5 or 10 or more products, each time cross-linking and blogging about the product.

* Going a step further you can also create a category specific for each product so when you make a blog post about that product then it is well organized and more user friendly.

* By having your own category for each product make sure to make 1 - 2 post each week for each of the products in that products category. This will give your blog fresh content and help keep your product promoted.

Increasing your blog exposure

* Make sure you get the All-In-One-SEO plugin as this will help with promotion of your blog.

* Make sure you get XML Sitemap plugin as each time you make a post it will update your sitemap and notify google, yahoo, msn, and ask.com

* Make sure to setup your permalinks for more seo friendly url’s.

Doing the above will help you have a better chance of creating a blog that will generate money and traffic.

Hello Everyone,

Since wordpress 2.7 was released on thursday I have been looking through the system and testing it. I have installed a dummy blog for the testing and have implemented security measures on the blog to see if there can be a smooth transition from WordPess Secured v2 which was recently released.

So far everything seems to be running fine but I am doing more test to make sure. I have got rid of the icons and created my own and put them in admin as they are much better looking. Will be spending the next few days going through some other things on the new release and will make a decision on a new release of WordPress Secured based off wordpress 2.7

Stay Tuned for more information…

Complaints relating to general merchandise purchases (goods never received or misrepresented) accounted for 30% of Internet fraud complaints, and auction purchases (goods never received or misrepresented) topped the list at 44%.

Many are told that the best security they can have is backup and update your blog. People are told this by others that just listen to someone else that does not have the first clue as to what blog security is.

Those that spread this rumor is not only clueless but they are 100% WRONG!!!

Don’t leave the security of your blog to some rumors that are passed down through the grape vine. If you do then you are in for a rude awakening and leaving your blog and server up for grabs to every hacker.

First and foremost WordPress Secured is the only product on the market that offers an actual security solution to your blog hacking problems. If you do not have WordPress Secured v2 then you are leaving your blog open to those hackers.
