WORDPRESSSECURED TERMS OF SERVICE
AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement will begin upon your registration and will end when terminated by WordPressSecured.com or by you if you choose to cancel your account or subscription. WordPressSecured.com refers to and includes, but is not limited to, the owners and staff operating the company.
MODIFICATIONS
WordPressSecured.com reserves the right and option to modify any terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, at any time, for any reason and/or at the sole discretion of the owners and staff of WordPressSecured.com, by posting a Change Of Terms notice or via a revised agreement on this site. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS FOUND TO BE UNACCEPTABLE BY YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT BY GOING TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH WORDPRESSSECURED.COM. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION WITH WORDPRESSSECURED.COM FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A CHANGE OF TERMS NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE A BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE ON THE PART OF ANY AND ALL USERS WITH ACTIVE ACCOUNTS.
REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
WordPressSecured.com reserves the right to reject any subscription or registration for membership and services. If your registration is refused, you have the right to contact WordPressSecured.com and request a reconsideration. Any request for reconsideration does not guarantee or imply that your registration will be accepted.
CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP
Publishers may not claim intellectual rights, copyright or exclusive ownership to any articles, either modified or unmodified, provided by or through WordPressSecured.com. All materials and information remains the property of that material’s author. Any unsupported claims of ownership are in violation of this agreement and WordPressSecured.com reserves the right to terminate memberships, block access, and notify the author of such violations.
Members agree that by submitting any materials to WordPressSecured.com that they do in fact own full copyright of any such materials. If it’s found that a member who has submitted material to WordPressSecured.com has violated the copyrights of another member then WordPressSecured.com will immediately remove that material and may cancel the users account. However, it is the sole responsibility of a member to protect their copyright. Any proven copyright violations will need to be handled between the member and the claimant. WordPressSecured.com will not be held liable in any element of a matter such as this.
ADVERTISING / AFFILIATE LINKS
Members are not allowed to advertise or spam WordPressSecured.com with advertising or affiliate links. This includes any hidden links that make use of such services such as tinyurl. Any member found in violation of this policy may have their account cancelled by WordPressSecured.com.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
WordPressSecured.com maintains a zero tolerance for unauthorized use of materials and information that belong to WordPressSecured.com. Any person, business and/or organization found to be committing what WordPressSecured.com considers to be unauthorized use will face court actions which will be originated in South Carolina, United States for damages done to WordPressSecured.com and this agreement. If that violator of these agreement terms is also a member of WordPressSecured.com their account will be terminated immediately. Unauthorized use includes but is not limited to the following: (a) Promoting, selling or marketing of WordPressSecured.com materials by use of unsolicited bulk or SPAM electronic transmission (email). (b) Selling portions of WordPressSecured.com materials such as sites, scripts, software, information, and any similar or related elements or products outside of the above agreement. (c) Place, copy or transfer any WordPressSecured.com materials, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THESE SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE PROVIDED THEREBY. WordPressSecured.com is in no way responsible for any data loss or damage arising from viral infection from the Internet. WordPressSecured.com and/or contributors shall have no liability whatsoever to you for any claim(s) relating in any way to: your inability or failure to perform research or related work or to work properly or completely, or any lost profits or consequential, exemplary, incidental, indirect or special damages relating in whole or in part to your rights hereunder or use of, or inability to use WordPressSecured.com. WordPressSecured.com will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you or your business including, but not limited to, loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions. WordPressSecured.com specifically disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through WordPressSecured.com. WordPressSecured.com respects your privacy, and we want you to feel comfortable using WordPressSecured.com’s website and services. Therefore, we present this privacy policy so you can better and fully understand how we collect information about you, what we do with your information, and who, other than WordPressSecured.com, may also receive your information.

Once that information is obtained it is added to a secure database that is only used and accessed by WordPressSecured.com’s owner in order to provide and maintain the services of the website WordPressSecured.com.
